We believe in the ministries given to the Church at the ascension of Jesus Christ and that they continue to be needed and should be expected today. The ministries include:, the ministries of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. We believe that these gifts are given by Christ, through the Holy Spirit, to the Church for the building up of the Church, unto maturity and unity of faith. Working with these ministries will be appointed leadership consisting of elders, deacons, deaconesses, missionaries, gifted men and women of the Church. (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Corinthians 12:28; Titus 1:5; Acts 6:1-6) 

 

We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is being manifested in the Church through the graces, ministries, gifts and fruits, (Galatians 5:22-23) and we hold that the gifts of the Spirit, (I Corinthians 12:8-11) should be and must be operative in the Church today in order for the Church to enjoy the fullness of God. Also, we hold that these gifts are impacted by the sovereignty of the Holy Spirit and only work or operate by this one and self-same Spirit. (I Corinthians 12:11)
